本课程是按照教育部颁布的“建筑环境与设备”专业业务培养目标和要求开设的，是建筑环境与设备专业的一门主干课程，它的主要任务是通过各种教学环节，运用各种教学方法，使学生系统地掌握建筑设备自动化系统的基本概念；控制原理的初步知识以及通断控制、PID控制等控制调节方法；建筑热湿环境的控制；并从整体设计出发全面介绍了建筑自动化系统的通信技术、设计过程、分析方法和关键问题。 通过本课程的学习, 使学生了解和掌握关于建筑设备自动化的基本理论与应用技术，对学生深入了解建筑设备自动控制系统起着重要的作用。为今后从事建筑环境与设备的研究工作打下坚实的基础。 This is a main professional course for the specialty of Building Environment and Equipment Engineering. Through this course, the students will learn basic concepts of the automatic control system for buiding devices, preliminary knowledge about control theories, adjusting and controlling methods such as on-off control and PID control, as well as control of building heat and moisture environment. In view of integral design, communication technology, design process, analyzing methods and key problems of the building automation system are also introduced systematically.
